Lake Elsinore/레이크 엘시노어

Stopped by Lake Elsinore. It is a small town, and it has both the charm and drawback of a small town. The tallest building in the city seems to be a 4 story building that is now boarded up.

Lake Elsinore is a natural lake, and it seems to be ok for small water activities. However, I've heard that water quality is not the best. To get to the lake, I took Main St., then Limited St. and made left turn on Lakeshore Dr. There are some parking spots on Lakeshore Dr. If you want to launch your boat, you need to go through the gate of Swick and Matich park. There seems to be no commercial boat rentals.

One thing that caught my eye was free life preserve rental. I doubt they will be available during busy seasons, but it was a nice touch.

레이크 엘시노어에 갔다 왔습니다. 작은 마을인데, 작은 마을의 매력과 단점이 같이 있습니다. 가장 높은 건물은 폐쇠된 4층 짜리 건물같습니다.

레이크 엘시노어 호수는 자연적인 호수이고, 간단한 수상 활동에 적합한듯 합니다. 하지만 수질이 좋지는 않은듯 합니다. 호수가에 가기 위해서 Main. St, 그리고 Limited St. 그리고 Lakeshore Dr.에서 좌회전을 했습니다. Lakeshore Dr.에 주차할 공간이 있습니다. 보트를 물에 대려면, Swick and Matich 공원의 게이트를 통해야 합니다. 상업 보트 대여는 없는듯 합니다.

눈에 띄는것이 구명정 대여 였습니다. 성수기에는 모두 없겠지만 괜찮은 생각이었습니다.

Deer target/사슴 표적

Saw this deer target at a gun store. It is made by Glendel and is used for archery. I don't think this will take a real round.

총포상에서 본 사슴 표적입니다. Glendel에서 만들고 양궁용입니다. 실탄을 견딜수 있을것 같지는 않습니다.

RIA 1911

My RIA(Rock Island Armory) has been sent to a gunsmith for upgrade. I bought this one to use it as a base gun and finally got around sending it to a gunsmith.

This gun had a few features but it still lacked a few things. Front sight was canted a bit to right and there were several things that needed some improvement. I have no idea how long it will take, but I hope it is worth the wait.

제가 가지고 있는 RIA(Rock Island Armory)를 업그레이드를 위해서 건스미스에게 보냈습니다. 원래 기초형으로 사용하기 위해서 구매했고 드디어 건스미스에게 보냈습니다.

이 총은 몇가지 제원이 있었지만 모자른 것이 몇개 있었습니다. 가늠쇠가 약간 오른쪽으로 기울어져있었고 개선할 곳이 몇군데 있었습니다. 얼마나 시간이 걸릴지 모르겠지만, 기다린 만큼 잘되기를 기대합니다.

Broken followe/부러진 탄밀대

Took apart my CZ P-01 magazine since there was a rattling noise and this is what I found. The part of plastic follower broke.

CZ P-01의 탄창에서 소리가 나서 분해하니 발견된 것입니다. 플라스틱 탄밀대가 부러졌네요.

Rain?/비?

It is a bit of an odd thing to have rain fall in my area. This one had lightnings come with it too. I think the closest the lightning got to was about 700 yards or so.(or maybe even less)

제가 있는 지역에서 여름에 비가 오는 것은 독특한 일입니다. 이번에는 번개까지 동반했더군요. 아마 번개가 가장 가까이 온 거리가 약 700야드(630미터)인듯 합니다.(더 가까울지도 모르겠습니다)

Coronado, CA

Went to Coronado, CA near San Diego for one short trip. 

Photo is the Hotel del Coronado. It's been there for over 100 years. Beach is great and the building itself is also beautiful.

Albino sparrow?/알비노 참새?

Saw this fellow and started to wonder how often people get to see an albino sparrow.

According to this BBC article, it's not that rare. Just that these guys tend to have lower survivality.

and it seems like it is more of leucisitic than albino.
